Client Reviews

I can’t say enough great things about my inspector David, his thorough inspection and analysis saved me from buying a home with substantial roof and attic damage that was hidden to someone not trained to see it. This home I almost purchased had faulty electrical wiring and numerous structural damage to beams. When I finally found another home I wanted to put an offer on, I called the same inspector because I knew I’d get another detailed report to help aid in my biggest investment. Thank you David and keep up the great work!

We had David Wooley perform the inspection on our home in the Rosenberg area. He was very thorough and the report with photos that he provided was easy to read. Our realtor was really impressed with his report as well. We would definitely use him again.

Very professional inspector! I highly recommend David he is friendly and honest and experienced. To me hiring someone like David to insure I am buying the right investment with peace of mind

Having bought homes in the past and had pre-purchase inspections, I am certainly able to provide an objective review on the subject. David of Alliance Home Inspections is a true professional and clearly knows all there is to know about this business. He is thorough, covering the home from foundation to the rooftop and everything in between. His report was top notch, detailing to the nth degree everything he found in both pictures and detailed descriptions. We were able to make an informed decision with regards to our home purchase thanks to his efforts. I cannot give enough praise to this company. They are top notch and I highly recommend them.
