Adam came our today to run inspection on a home we hope to purchase and let me just tell you, this man has amazing energy. You can just tell from watching him how much he loves his line of work. He made myself and my husband feel like we were friends and not just clients. He made sure to walk us through his finds and areas of concern. I especially loved that he made sure we understood what exactly he was talking about versus just throwing out inspector lingo that we didnt understand. He addressed many question we had and was in no way rushing to leave eventhough it was late evening which we really appreciated. I am 100 percent happy that our realtor suggested Alliance home inspections. We will definitely be using them for any further inspections and look foward to sending clients over to them!
