Having bought homes in the past and had pre-purchase inspections, I am certainly able to provide an objective review on the subject. David of Alliance Home Inspections is a true professional and clearly knows all there is to know about this business. He is thorough, covering the home from foundation to the rooftop and everything in between. I can’t say enough great things about my inspector David, his thorough inspection and analysis saved me from buying a home with substantial roof and attic damage that was hidden to someone not trained to see it. This home I almost purchased had faulty electrical wiring and numerous structural damage to beams. When I finally found another home I wanted to put an offer on, I called the same inspector because I knew I’d get another detailed report to help aid in my biggest investment.
